What if i received defective item?

We pay attention to  the quality of product and services, so we check product before sending out.
1.How to deal with, If the item is defective?
We are sorry that the item is defective.  We will sort it out actively but we also need your help.

If the item is defective, pls take a pic of item , point out the defective part and pic of the plastic bag for clothes as well ,there are some info we need.

Pls remark the order number and item number on ticket.

So that we can check and feedback.
