1.How to deal with, If the item is defective?
We are sorry that the item is defective. We will sort it out actively but we also need your help.
First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Second: please take the picture of the item is defective, pls submit a ticket online with clear pics.
Pls remark the order number and item number on ticket., so that we could feedback to our QC Director, after check and agree, we will add new one to your next order for free.
Third: All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensate for the loss of customers.After evaluation, we will offer you some discount on the next order.
1.Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed. Otherwise, returns will be subject to refusal.
2.Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
3.We do not accept the returned package without notifying us upfront.
4.We do not accept packages returned using COD service.
5.Don't return the package to the shipping address on the shipping label, we cannot receive the package. If so, we can not make any refund.
6.We do not accept the return method of directly rejecting the package without contacting the customer service. We cannot receive the returned package which is directly refused, so we cannot refund it. If you want to make a return, please contact customer service and return to the address provided by customer service.
Usually don't accept return/exchange if there is no quality problem.

About the size: we have size chart on site, please take it for reference before shopping .
About material: we have material description and real pic on site, please check before shopping, if more information is needed, pls contact our service.
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address that our customer service provide to you.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-VeniShe items in your return package by accident. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
3. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Return address and refunds
1. You will need to send your returning products to our warehouse. Please DON'T return your package to any address indicated on the shipping label of the package received, we cannot be held responsible if packages are returned to the wrong address.
2. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account that you used to pay for the order. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take up to 14 business days to show up on your account. Please be noted that the original shipping fee and insurance fee are non-refundable.
